Polynucleotides are chains of nucleotides, the building blocks of DNA and RNA, boasting a structure similar to that of human DNA. When introduced into the body, they act as biostimulators promoting cellular repair, boosting collagen production, and enhancing tissue regeneration.
Polynucleotides often referred to as PN or PDRN ( Polydeoxyribonucleotide), are naturally occurring molecules found within our cells. These remarkable substances play a pivotal role in cellular repair and regeneration, making them a valuable addition to your aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Frequently asked questions
Are polynucleotides safe?
Yes, there are no recorded adverse reactions or allergies to polynucleotides
How many treatments will I need?
Two to three treatments are recommended spaced two to four weeks apart
Are they the same as Profhilo or skin boosters?
No, Profhilo and skin boosters are made of hyaluronic acid which means they provide hydration to make skin plumper and fresher without creating structure or changing facial proportions. Polynucleotides will not provide any instant hydration but will provide food for the cells to produce collagen and elastin.
Do they replace traditional dermal fillers?
No, as they cannot create structure or replace lost volume. They do an entirely different job to dermal fillers, and are often used in combination with them.
Is there any downtime?
There is minimal to no downtime, but as with any injectable treatment be prepared for potential swelling or bruising and plan around any social events.
How long does the treatment take?
Around 30 mins including numbing, making it convenient to fit into a busy schedule.
